Grief doesn't have a timer. It is processed in both minutes and months; transcending through the crevices of time and life itself. There is no start and stop button. There is no beginning nor end. Only another layer wrapped around the core of our lived experience... like a thick, aching rubber band, refusing to snap but only forcing us to grow stronger.
